Mucosal melanotic macule በአፍ፣ ከንፈር፣ የላንቃ እና የድድ ላይ የሚታይ የሜዲካል ማከስ ነው። mucosal melanotic macule በአፍ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ቀለም ያላቸው ቁስሎች ሲሆኑ፣ ይህ የ epithelium እና የ lamina propria ቀለም መጨመር ምክንያት ነው። ክሊኒካዊ አቀራረብ ብዙውን ጊዜ ቡናማ፣ ጥቁር፣ ሰማያዊ ወይም ግራጫ አካባቢ ይሆናል፤ እሱም በጥሩ ሁኔታ የተከበበ ነው። ቁስሎች ብዙውን ጊዜ ዲያሜትር 10 ሚሊሜትር በታች ይሆናሉ፣ ግን በአንዳንድ ሁኔታዎች ትልቅ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። ይህ የማይመች በሽታ ነው።
