የሌላ አለርጂ ታሪክ ያላቸው ወጣት ሰዎች የጡት ጫፍ ኤክማ (ኤክማ) ሊገጥማቸው ይችላል፣ ነገር ግን አዛውንቶች ሐኪም ማየት አለባቸው ምክንያቱም እንደ ፓጌት በሽታ (Paget's disease) ያሉ ሌሎች አደገኛ ሁኔታዎች ሊኖራቸው ይችላል። የጉዳቱን ቦታ በሳሙና ማጠብ ምንም አይጠቅምም እና ሊያባብሰው ይችላል።
የ OTC ስተሮይድ ኦይንትማንት (steroid ointment) ምልክቱን ለማስታገስ ሊረዳ ይችላል.
#Hydrocortisone ointment
የ OTC ፀረ-ሂስታሚን መውሰድ። ሴቲሪዚን (Cetirizine) ወይም ሌቮሴቲሪዚን (levocetirizine) ከ ፈክሶፈናዲን (fexofenadine) የበለጠ ውጤታማ ናቸው ነገር ግን እንቅልፍ እንዲወስዱ ያደርጉዎታል.
