○ Liječenje ― OTC lijekovi
Pranje područja lezije sapunom nimalo ne pomaže i može pogoršati stanje. OTC steroidne masti mogu pomoći u ublažavanju simptoma, ali obično ih je potrebno primjenjivati nekoliko sedmica kako bi se poboljšali. Nastavak uzimanja antihistaminika takođe pomaže u ublažavanju svraba.
