La Melanosi De Riehl (Riehl melanosis) és una forma de dermatitis de contacte, que comença amb pruïja, eritema i pigmentació que s'estén gradualment i que, després d'arribar a un cert grau, es torna estacionària. Riehl melanosis es coneix sovint com a dermatitis de contacte pigmentada. És un tipus d'afecció de la pell causada per al·lèrgies, generalment desencadenada per fragàncies i altres substàncies que es troben en els productes cosmètics.
