Telangiektázie (Telangiectasia) jsou malé dilatované krevní cévy, které se mohou vyskytovat v blízkosti povrchu kůže nebo sliznic, o průměru 0,5 až 1 milimetr. Tyto rozšířené krevní cévy se mohou vyvinout kdekoli na těle, ale běžně jsou vidět na obličeji kolem nosu, tváří a brady.
