Freckle are melaninized spots which are visible usually on people with a fair skin. It can be greatly improved comsmetically with laser treatment such as IPL.

○ Treatment
The freckle responds very well to IPL or QS532 lasers. Melasma is more common than freckles in women between the ages of 35 and 50 and is more difficult to treat.
