એક 19-વર્ષીય સ્ત્રીને તેના ધડ, હાથ અને પગ પર નાની, સ્પોટી રેશ (spotty rashes) અને ઉંચા, પીળાશથી ચામડી જેમ રંગના બમ્પ્સ (raised, yellowish to skin‑colored bumps) જેની આસપાસ નાજુક સ્કેલ્સની રિંગ (ring of fine scales) સાથે પાંચ વર્ષની ઇતિહાસ સાથે રજુ થયો. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica આ T‑cell‑માધ્યસ્થ (T‑cell‑mediated) રોગનું અસામાન્ય પ્રસ્તુતિ (uncommon presentation) છે.
A 19-year-old woman came in with a five-year history of small, spotty rashes and raised, yellowish to skin-colored bumps with a ring of fine scales on her torso and arms and legs. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica is an uncommon presentation of this T-cell-mediated disease.
