नाखून डिस्ट्रोफी (Nail dystrophy) अज्ञात सूजन के कारण नाखून की एक बीमारी या विकृति है। नाखून कवक के लगभग आधे संदेहास्पद मामलों में वास्तव में कोई कवक संक्रमण नहीं होता है। केवल कुछ नाखून डिस्ट्रोफी ही होती है।
