56歳の男性が、約1年前からゆっくりと大きくなっている左耳に痛みを伴わないしこりがあることに気づき、当整形外科クリニックを訪れました。検査中に、彼の左耳に、外耳道にまで伸びている大きさ約 2. 5 × 2. 0 cmの暗色の隆起が見つかりました。近くにリンパ節の腫れはありませんでした。がん性かどうかを確認するために、しこりから少量のサンプルを採取して検査しました。結果は seborrheic keratosis でした。
A 56-year-old man presented to our outpatient plastic surgery clinic with a 1-year history of a slow-growing, painless mass in his left auricle. In the physical examination, we observed a 2.5 × 2.0 cm blackish papillomatous lesion within the left cavum concha, extending into the external auditory canal. There was no palpable enlargement of the regional lymph nodes. An incisional biopsy was performed to rule out a malignant skin tumor, and the histopathological examination revealed seborrheic keratosis.
