References以前は健康状態に問題のなかった43歳の男性が、1年前から爪が真菌に感染していたために皮膚科へ紹介されました。抗真菌薬 (terbinafine 250 mg) を服用したにもかかわらず、症状は改善しませんでした。検査の結果、医師は彼の7本の指に小さな凹みと爪の剥がれを認めました。また、左耳に赤い鱗状斑点が数か所あり、頭皮に軽度のフケが見られ、かゆみも少しありました。その他に特筆すべき皮膚トラブルは認められませんでした。

He also had some red, scaly patches in his left ear and a bit of dandruff on his scalp, which made his head itch slightly. There weren't any other skin issues noticed.
