In this review, we summarize current knowledge on acne scars and methods for their improvement. There are three types of atrophic scars: icepick, rolling, and boxcar. They are of different depths and widths and have different cross-sections. Scars can combine to form clusters. If acne scars are located on the face, they can reduce the patient's quality of life, leading to isolation and depression. There are multiple effective modalities to treat acne scars. Ablative lasers, radiofrequency, micro-needling, and pilings with trichloroacetic acid have very good treatment results.

본 연구에서는 울트라 펄스 CO2 프락셔널 레이저가 함몰성 여드름 흉터를 얼마나 효과적으로 치료하는지를 조사한 6편의 논문을 분석했습니다. 그 결과, 이 레이저 치료가 다른 방법에 비해 더 높은 효과를 보였으며, 개선율 및 환자가 피부가 매끄러워지는 느낌 측면에서도 더 우수한 결과를 나타냈습니다.
