References56세 남자 환자가 왼쪽 귀에 1년 정도 서서히 자라며 통증이 없는 혹이 발견되어 저희 성형외과를 찾았습니다. 검사 중 왼쪽 귀에서 2.5 × 2.0 cm 크기의 어두운 색 돌기가 외이도까지 뻗어 있는 것을 확인했습니다. 주변에 부은 림프절은 없었습니다. 악성 여부를 확인하기 위해 작은 조직 샘플을 채취하여 검사했으며, 결과는 seborrheic keratosis인 것으로 나타났습니다.
A 56-year-old man presented to our outpatient plastic surgery clinic with a 1-year history of a slow-growing, painless mass in his left auricle. In the physical examination, we observed a 2.5 × 2.0 cm blackish papillomatous lesion within the left cavum concha, extending into the external auditory canal. There was no palpable enlargement of the regional lymph nodes. An incisional biopsy was performed to rule out a malignant skin tumor, and the histopathological examination revealed seborrheic keratosis.
