Poroma is een goedaardige huidtumor afkomstig van zweetklieren. Ze worden het vaakst aangetroffen op de acrale distributie (op handpalmen en voetzolen), en meestal bij volwassenen.

Het zijn roze of rode glanzende tumorachtige laesies van 1 tot 2 cm. Soms wordt een biopsie gedaan omdat deze op plaveiselcelcarcinoom kan lijken.
