Soft fibroma (skin tag, acrochordon) என்பது மென்மையான நொடி (நோட்யூல்) ஆகும், இது பொதுவாக கழுத்து, கைமுட்டை (armpit) அல்லது இடுப்பில் (groin) தோன்றும். மேலும் தகவல் – Soft fibroma (skin tag) என்பது சிறிய நலமற்ற (benign) கட்டி (tumor) ஆகும், இது தோல் மடிப்புகள் (creases) உருவாகும் பகுதிகளில், உதாரணமாக கழுத்து, கைமுட்டை மற்றும் இடுப்பில் முதன்மையாக உருவாகிறது. குறிப்பு – Soft fibroma (skin tag) நிப்பிளில் (nipple) கூட தோன்றலாம். Soft fibroma‑கள் கழுத்து, கைமுட்டை (axillae) மற்றும் யோனி‑வழி (vulvovaginal) பகுதிகளில் பொதுவாக காணப்படுகின்றன, ஆனால் அரிதாக நிப்பிளில் (nipple) உருவாகலாம். மருத்தவர்கள் நிப்பிள் காய்ச்சல்களின் வேறுபாட்டு நோயறிதலில் (differential diagnosis) soft fibroma‑ஐ கருத வேண்டும்.
Although soft fibromas occur in the intertriginous area, including on the neck, axillae, and vulvovaginal locations, in rare cases, they can develop in the nipple. Doctors should consider soft fibroma as one of the differential diagnoses for nipple lesions.
