Soft fibroma (సాఫ్ట్ ఫైబ్రోమా) ఒక మృదువైన గుళిక, ఇది సాధారణంగా గొంతు (neck), అక్సిల్లా (armpits) లేదా కోపురం (groin) లో కనిపిస్తుంది. చర్మ ట్యాగ్ (skin tag) లేదా అక్రోకోర్డన్ (acrochordon) ఒక చిన్న సౌమ్య ట్యూమర్ (benign tumor)이며, చర్మం మడతల (creases) ఏర్పడే ప్రాంతాల్లో, ఉదాహరణకు గొంతు (neck), అక్సిల్లా (armpits), కోపురం (groin) వంటి చోట్ల ఏర్పడుతుంది. కొన్ని సందర్భాల్లో, ఇవి అరుదుగా నిప్పుల్ (nipple) పై కూడా కనిపించవచ్చు. నిప్పుల్ అసాధారణతలను అంచనా వేస్తున్నప్పుడు, వైద్యులు Soft fibroma (సాఫ్ట్ ఫైబ్రోమా) ను విభేదన నిర్ధారణలు (differential diagnoses)లో ఒకటిగా పరిగణించాలి.
Although soft fibromas occur in the intertriginous area, including on the neck, axillae, and vulvovaginal locations, in rare cases, they can develop in the nipple. Doctors should consider soft fibroma as one of the differential diagnoses for nipple lesions.
