Siringoma (Syringoma) oq doiralar bilan ta'kidlangan; Ushbu turdagi lezyon ko'pincha 40-50 yoshli ayollarda uchraydi. Lazer bilan davolash (pinhole method) lezyonning ko'rinishini yaxshilashda samarali bo'lishi mumkin.

O'ttiz to'rt bemor ikki guruhga bo'lingan (localized and generalized syringoma) . Bemorlar asosan ayollar bo'lib, to'qson yetti foizni tashkil qiladi, o'rtacha yoshi 28 yoshda. Davolanishdan oldin, jarohatlar o'rtacha olti yil davomida mavjud edi. Generalized syringoma birinchi navbatda ko'krak va bo'yin, so'ngra bilaklar ta'sirlangan, localized syringoma esa asosan yuz, qo'ltiq osti va jinsiy a'zolarda topilgan.
Thirty-four patients were sorted into two groups, localized and generalized syringoma, according to the Friedman and Butler classification. Ninety-seven percent of the patients were females with the mean age of 27.6 years. The mean duration of the lesions before the presentations was six years. Distribution of the generalized syringoma was mainly in the chest and neck followed by the forearms whereas localized syringoma was mostly confined to the face, axilla and genitalia.

Bizning tadqiqotimiz Koreyadagi dermatologiya klinikamizda to'rt yil davomida siringoma tashxisi qo'yilgan oltmish bir bemorning klinik va gistopatologik xususiyatlarini tasvirlashga qaratilgan edi. Biz siringoma asosan ayollarga ta'sir qilishini aniqladik, ularning nisbati 6,6 ayolga 1 erkakka teng va odatda bemorlarning yarmidan ko'pida hayotning ikkinchi va uchinchi o'n yilliklarida paydo bo'lgan. Eng ko'p ta'sirlangan joy ko'z qovoqlari (71%) va jarohatlar asosan terining rangi (49%) edi. Biz 56% hollarda tadpolga o'xshash xarakterli ko'rinishlarni kuzatdik. Jigarrang lezyonlarda bazal giperpigmentatsiya, eritematoz lezyonlarda esa fibroz ko'proq uchraydi. Bundan tashqari, keratin kistalari genital hudud bilan bog'liq hollarda kamroq tarqalgan.

Female:male ratio was 6.6:1 with onset of age during 2nd and 3rd decades in more than half of the patients in our study. The most frequently involved site was eyelids (43 cases, 70.5%) and the most common color of lesion was skin-color (30 cases, 49.2%). In 34 cases, characteristic tad-pole appearances (55.7%) were observed. Basal hyperpigmentation was observed more frequently in brown-colored lesion (p=0.005). Fibrosis was observed more frequently in erythematous lesion (p=0.033). Keratin cyst was observed less frequently in genital involved group (p=0.006).
