These ulcers are present 70% of the time at the sacrum, ischial tuberosity, and greater trochanter. However, they can also occur in the occiput, scapula, elbow, heel, lateral malleolus, shoulder, and ear.

○ 治疗 - 非处方药
无缘无故持续存在的溃疡可能提示皮肤癌（鳞状细胞癌）。
首先应清洁并妥善包扎伤口。
起初，聚维酮碘通过释放碘杀灭多种微生物，但长期使用可能干扰伤口愈合。
建议每日涂抹抗生素软膏，并使用水胶体敷料覆盖，以防二次感染。
