特發性滴狀黑色素減少症 (Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis) 是一種非常常見的後天性疾病，女性比男性更容易受到影響。此疾病表現為皮膚損傷，主要發生在皮膚暴露於陽光的區域，顯示陽光照射可能起了一定作用。使用QS1064雷射長期治療黃褐斑後也會發現類似的病變。不需要特殊治療。
