References一名56歲男性來到本診所，因發現左耳出現無痛腫塊，且已緩慢生長約一年。檢查發現左耳有一約 2.5 × 2.0 公分的深色腫塊，向耳道內延伸，周圍未觸及腫大淋巴結。為評估是否惡變，我們取出腫塊一小部分作病理檢查，結果為 seborrheic keratosis。
A 56-year-old man presented to our outpatient plastic surgery clinic with a 1-year history of a slow-growing, painless mass in his left auricle. In the physical examination, we observed a 2.5 × 2.0 cm blackish papillomatous lesion within the left cavum concha, extending into the external auditory canal. There was no palpable enlargement of the regional lymph nodes. An incisional biopsy was performed to rule out a malignant skin tumor, and the histopathological examination revealed seborrheic keratosis.
