References壓力性損傷 (bedsores, decubitus ulcers, pressure ulcers) 是指同一部位（多為骨突出處）長時間受到壓力或摩擦，導致皮膚及底層組織受損。最常發生於骶骨、臀部及腳跟，也可能出現在其他部位，如頭部、肩膀、手肘、腳踝和耳朵。

These ulcers are present 70% of the time at the sacrum, ischial tuberosity, and greater trochanter. ○ 治療 - 非處方藥
無明顯原因持續存在的潰瘍可能是皮膚癌（鱗狀細胞癌）。
先清潔並包紮傷口。
最初，Povidone‑iodine（聚維酮碘）透過釋放碘起作用，使各種微生物死亡；但持續使用可能會干擾傷口癒合。
每日塗抹抗生素軟膏，並以水膠體敷料覆蓋傷口，防止二次感染。
