These ulcers are present 70% of the time at the sacrum, ischial tuberosity, and greater trochanter. However, they can also occur in the occiput, scapula, elbow, heel, lateral malleolus, shoulder, and ear.

○ 治療 - 非處方藥
若無明顯原因且持續存在的潰瘍，可能是皮膚癌（鱗狀細胞癌）。
先清潔並包紮傷口。
最初，聚維酮碘透過釋放碘而起作用，使各種微生物死亡；但持續使用聚維酮碘可能會干擾傷口癒合。
每日塗抹抗生素軟膏，並以水膠體敷料覆蓋傷口，以防止進一步感染。
